Immerse yourself in the power of the spoken word! Join us for a captivating evening of poetry featuring inspiring readings from special guest poets, followed by a community open mic where local voices take the stage to share their craft.
Join us for a delightful evening of poetry hosted by poet, producer and publisher, Gary Broughman and published author and poet, Glorida Herdt. The evening will begin with a reading by our guest poet followed by an open mic format for the remainder of the event. No advanced sign-up required. Adults (18+) only please. Admission is an $8 fee for all attendees, whether you are stepping up to the microphone to share your own verses or simply sitting back in the audience to enjoy the performances.
Do I need to register in advance if I want to perform at the open mic?
No advanced sign-up is required! If you’d like to perform, you can simply arrive the night of the event. Please keep in mind that this is an adults-only (18+) environment.
